Thank you for the email about the GABF medal Red Rock brewery received this year.
We sure do appreciate the high quality malts from Weyermann. We have been using your malts for about 4 years or so and really like them a lot!
Red Rock also received 2 silver medals at the 2006 world beer cup with the help of Weyermann Rye malts.
My list of malt we use at the brew haus are Weyermann Wheat, Rye, Pilsner and the Organic Pilsner witch we love!!

Hallo liebe Sabine,
Servus Thomas,
wie Ihr seht, wird Euer schönes Weyermann Jeanshemd, für das wir uns nochmals herzlich bedanken möchten, gerne getragen - wie hier in Istanbul. Auch die alten Ansichten des Weyermannschen Firmenkomplexes und Eure Produktpalette kommen in den Rahmen ganz toll raus, man wähnt sich fast wie in Bamberg ... und auch das Bier ist Spitze, klar ! Wir sind mit diesem Projekt in 1A-Lage in der Metropole Istanbul unserem Ziel, eine Franchisekette in der Türkei aufzubauen, einen großen Schritt weitergekommen. Weyermann + Wachsmann passen irgendwie gut zusammen, meinen unsere Kunden - und wir auch !!
Wir wünschen Euch alles Gute und werden uns demnächst wieder melden.

Thank you for the tour you gave my friends and me in late November. We greatly appreciated your time and
attention and the effort made by Weyermann Specialty Malting Company to make our day enjoyable. It is obvious that you value your relationships with customers and potential customers.
Your facility is immaculate. It is very apparent that your attention to detail and quality assurance is observed throughout the operation. We were all very impressed.
Since returning home I have been inspired to brew a dark Bock beer, using pilsen malt already on hand and for the first time trying your Carafa I. I will be using your Pilsen malt in the future and may try your organic pilsen malt.
I know the Bock should be brewed in the spring and served in the fall, but I
cannot afford to dedicate the tank space to one beer during our busy summer months. I will lager the Bock as long as I can, probably into February, and serve it then.
Again, thank you very much. It was a pleasure to meet you.
